Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OuterVerve (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent creative business operating in Florida, United States, collects, uses, and protects personal information through our website, outerverve.co, and during our client projects.
Information we collect
Through our project questionnaire, we collect your name, email, and any phone number, company, and project details you share.
If we work together, we also keep the information needed for the project. This can include proposals and your responses, briefing answers, files and links you send us, contract and payment status, review feedback, and approvals. We do not store card or bank details.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you, discuss and deliver your project, and keep business records. We use a protected, temporary version of your internet address (IP address) to limit repeated requests and keep the site secure.
Service providers
Our service providers help us run the site and our projects:
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Supabase stores our project database and private project files.
- Resend and Microsoft 365 handle email.
- SignWell handles contract signatures and PayPal handles payments.
Storage and retention
Project records and private files are stored with Supabase and can be accessed only through our protected administrative tools or through the private links we send you.
We keep project information for 5 years after the project ends, or longer if the law requires it. You may ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for legal or business record reasons.
Backups
We make encrypted backup copies of our project database and private files and store them separately from Supabase. We keep each backup for up to 6 months, so deleted information may remain in a backup during that time.
